What happens if I’m late for my pickup?

Prior communication of delays or change in timing is important. If you do not communicate and are not available at your stated pickup location for more than one hour, we reserve the right to cancel your pick up with no refund

What happens if I cancel a trip?

Should you cancel a trip or a booking, it is important to do that within 72 hours upon which you will get a refund of your payment minus a small cancellation fee. Cancellation done after 72 hours will not be refunded.

Are our services friendly to persons with disability?
